By adding the checklst bot to your server or using the checklst.xyz website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Discord's official Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

checklst provides automated message-to-checklist conversion services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

• Free Plan: Get started with 50 free tasks per server.
• Unlimited Pro: A recurring subscription of $2.99/server/year for unlimited access and premium features.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Subscription cancellations for the Pro plan will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use checklst for any illegal activities or to harass other users. We reserve the right to terminate service for any server that violates Discord's Community Guidelines.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

checklst is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be 100% uptime or error-free. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from bot downtime.
